1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to selected destinations in the United States, European Union, United Kingdom, and other regions listed at checkout.

Available shipping destinations may vary depending on product type, inventory location, carrier availability, import restrictions, and local delivery conditions.

If your country or region is not available at checkout, we may not currently support delivery to that location.

Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to size, weight, materials, customs rules, or carrier limitations.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders that cannot be shipped to the address provided.

2. Order Processing Time

Order processing time refers to the time needed to verify your order, confirm required personalization details, prepare your items, pack your order, and hand it over to the shipping carrier.

Our standard order processing time is usually 1-3 business days after payment confirmation and after we receive all required order information, unless otherwise stated on the product page, checkout page, or order confirmation email.

Personalized, customized, made-to-order, pre-order, or backordered items may require additional production time. Any estimated production or shipping timeline for these items will be stated on the product page or communicated to you where applicable.

Orders are generally processed on business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed during high-volume periods, promotions, product launches, or holidays may require additional processing time.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing. Shipping time begins after the order has been processed and handed over to the carrier.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address, selected shipping method, order value, product weight, product dimensions, and any applicable promotions.

Free shipping may be available for selected products, order values, destinations, or promotional periods.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return or refund is caused by our error or required by applicable law.

If you change your shipping address after placing an order, additional shipping fees may apply.

5. Order Confirmation and Tracking

After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Tracking updates may take 24-72 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Some shipping methods or destinations may offer limited tracking visibility.

6. Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for delivery failure, loss, delay, return-to-sender, or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable address information provided by you.

Please carefully check your name, street address, apartment/unit number, city, state/province, postal code, country, phone number, and email address before placing your order.

If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order has been processed or shipped.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, failed delivery attempts, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

7. Customs, Duties, VAT, and Import Taxes

For international orders, your shipment may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, tariffs, or other charges imposed by your destination country or region.

Unless expressly stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are your responsibility.

Customs policies vary by country and region. Please check your local import rules before placing an order.

We are not responsible for customs delays, customs inspections, unpaid duties or taxes, or packages refused due to import charges.

If a package is refused or returned because you do not pay required customs charges, the original shipping fee and any return shipping, customs, handling, or restocking costs may be deducted from any refund, unless prohibited by applicable law.

8. Delivery Delays

We work with third-party carriers and logistics providers to deliver your order. Delivery delays may occur for reasons outside our control, including customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, strikes, supply chain disruptions, incorrect addresses, high order volume, security inspections, or local delivery restrictions.

If we become aware of a significant delay before your order has shipped, we will notify you where required by applicable law and provide available options, which may include continuing with the order, accepting a revised shipping date, or canceling the order for a refund where applicable.

For U.S. orders, if no specific shipping timeframe is stated, we aim to ship within 30 days where required by applicable rules. If we cannot ship within the promised or applicable timeframe, we will provide notice and applicable options as required by law.

For EU and UK consumer orders, unless a different delivery period is agreed at checkout or on the product page, goods should generally be delivered without undue delay and within the period required by applicable consumer law.

9. Lost, Missing, or Stalled Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for an unusual period or you believe your package may be lost, please contact us at maihuton@gmail.com with your order number and tracking number.

We may ask you to confirm your shipping address, check with your local carrier, contact nearby household members or neighbors, and allow the carrier reasonable time to investigate.

If the carrier confirms that the package is lost in transit, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include reshipment or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

If tracking shows that the package was delivered to the address provided, please review the "Delivered but Not Received" section below.

Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 14 days after the estimated delivery date or tracking status issue.

10. Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check your mailbox, front door, building reception, parcel locker, porch, garage, or other safe delivery areas; ask household members, neighbors, building staff, or local reception if they accepted the package; and contact the shipping carrier using the tracking number to request delivery details or proof of delivery.

However, we are not responsible for packages stolen, misplaced, or lost after the carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, unless required by applicable law.

11. Damaged Packages or Items

If your package or item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide your order number, photos or videos of the damaged outer packaging, photos or videos of the damaged product, a clear description of the issue, and any carrier damage report if available.

After reviewing the information, we may offer a replacement, repair, partial refund, full refund, or other appropriate solution depending on the issue and applicable law.

12. Wrong, Missing, or Incomplete Items

If you receive the wrong item, an incomplete order, or a package with missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, photos of the items received, photos of the packaging, and a description of the issue. Once verified, we will provide an appropriate solution, such as sending the missing item, replacing the incorrect item, or issuing a refund where applicable.

13. Refused, Unclaimed, or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal to pay customs charges, or failure to collect the package, we may contact you to arrange reshipment or refund where applicable.

Original shipping fees may not be refundable unless required by law.

Return shipping fees, customs charges, carrier handling fees, or reshipment fees may be deducted from any refund where permitted by law.

If you would like the order reshipped, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees.

14. Split Shipments

Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages or from different warehouses. If your order is split into multiple shipments, you may receive separate tracking numbers and delivery dates.

You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments unless clearly stated before checkout.

15. Pre-Orders, Backorders, and Made-to-Order Products

Pre-order, backordered, personalized, customized, or made-to-order products may require additional production or processing time. Estimated shipping times for these products will be displayed on the product page or communicated to you before or after purchase where applicable.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship them together or separately depending on availability and logistics arrangements.

16. Risk of Loss and Title

Risk of loss and title for products may pass to you when the order is delivered to the shipping address, handed to the carrier, or otherwise as determined by applicable law and the shipping terms used for your order.

For consumer orders in regions where mandatory consumer protection laws apply, nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights regarding delivery, non-delivery, damaged goods, or faulty products.
