Custom Keepsake Orders
How does the custom order process work?
Choose your custom keepsake, upload your pet photo, and add any special notes. Our team will review your details before creating your personalized piece.
Can I upload more than one photo?
Yes. We recommend uploading one main front-facing photo first. If needed, you can also provide additional side, back, or detail photos to help us better understand your pet’s features.
Can I add my pet’s name or special details?
Yes. You can add your pet’s name, memorial date, preferred pose, color details, or any special request before we begin.
Do I need to pay the full amount upfront?
For some custom orders, you may start with a deposit first. After we review your pet photo, selected product, pet count, and customization notes, we will confirm the final details and any remaining balance before production begins.
When does production begin?
Production begins after your photo, custom details, and payment are confirmed. If your order requires a remaining balance, production will begin after the balance is paid.
Shipping, Returns & Support
How long does it take to make my custom keepsake?
Most custom pieces take 7–15 business days to create before shipping. More detailed or complex designs may require extra time.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to many countries and regions. Shipping time and cost may vary depending on your destination and selected shipping method.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your shipping address. Changes may be possible before the order is shipped.
Can I cancel my custom order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. Cancellation may be possible before design or production work begins. Once custom work has started, cancellation may not be available.
Can I return my custom product?
Custom products are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us with photos within 7 days of delivery if there is a quality issue.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item, packaging, and the issue. We will review the case and help with a replacement or suitable solution if the issue is confirmed.
