How long does it take to make my custom keepsake?

Most custom pieces take 7–15 business days to create before shipping. More detailed or complex designs may require extra time. Shipping time depends on your destination and selected shipping method.
What kind of pet photo should I upload?

For the best result, please upload a clear, bright, front-facing photo of your pet. Photos with good lighting and visible facial details help us create a more accurate custom keepsake. Please avoid blurry, dark, heavily filtered, or low-resolution images.
Can I upload more than one photo?

Yes. We recommend uploading one main front-facing photo first. If needed, you can also provide additional side, back, or detail photos to help us better understand your pet’s features.
Can I add my pet’s name or special details?

Yes. You can add your pet’s name, memorial date, preferred pose, color details, or any special request before we begin. If we need more information, our team may contact you after reviewing your order.
Do I need to pay the full amount upfront?

For some custom orders, you may start with a deposit first. After we review your pet photo, selected product, pet count, and customization notes, we will confirm the final details and any remaining balance before production begins. If a remaining balance is required, we will send you a secure payment link.
Can I cancel or return a custom order?

Because each piece is personalized and made to order, custom products usually cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us with photos so we can help review the issue.
